Consistency beats intensity every time. Physical adaptation takes time. Very intense stimuli lead to a quick peak, but a quick regression to the baseline. Consistency leads to long-term adaptation
Keep workloads manageable. Not every training session needs to be a new personal best.
Your self-worth is not tied to your workout. Some sessions are awesome. Some aren’t. That doesn’t change you who are.
